PLIC Logon Application Setup Instructions
1.	Download “JRE” from download center.
2.	Download “PLIC_Logon.rar” from Download Center.
3.	Install “JRE” if not installed already.
4.	Unzip “PLIC_Logon.rar”.
5.	Copy “PLIC Logon” folder as require.
6.	Create shortcut of “PLIC.jar” file to desktop.
7.	Rename “PLIC.jar” file as you like.

Logon Application is ready. 
Double click to shortcut top open Logon Screen.
